Unipol is a student housing charity set up in 1975. They provide help and assistance to students renting in the private sector and run a number of accreditation schemes and training to promote best practice in student housing.
Under the provisions of the United Kingdom Housing Act 2004 every landlord or letting agent that takes a deposit for an assured shorthold tenancy in England and Wales must join a tenancy deposit scheme.
All deposits paid to CA Properties are transferred to a separate client account. The deposit is then secured with the TDS and you will receive a certificate, leaflet hand out and prescribed information.
You can be confident that your deposit is secure.
Your deposit will be returned at the end of the tenancy as longs as you have paid all rent up to date, removed your items, satisfactory cleanliness and paid your final bills.
The Property Redress Scheme is approved by the Government under the Alternative Dispute Resolution for Consumer Disputes Regulations 2015.

CA Properties have been members of the Residential Landlords Association for over 15 years.
The National Residential Landlords Association (‘NRLA’) exists to represent and support private-residential landlords in England and Wales. The NRLA was formed in 2020 with the amalgamation of the National Landlords Association (‘NLA’) and the Residential Landlords Association (‘RLA’).
The NRLA Code of Practice is intended to raise and maintain standards in the private rented sector. It reinforces legal requirements and standards of best practice. As members of the NRLA we are required to observe strict letting and management practices of residential property.
